Essential Skills & Requirements

Strong Computer Skills (Technical Savvy even better!) with proficiency in Google Apps, Skype, and Outlook and extensive experience with computer and software programs, particularly Microsoft Excel, as well as internet research and shipping experience.

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:

The Client Services/Sales Rep bridges the gap between our Clients and Fulfillment, ensuring communication is clear, accurate, and extremely timely. The Sales Rep is the main point of contact for incoming and outgoing client-related communication, which requires an intimate understanding of all organizational processes, including ecommerce fulfillment, Facebook and affiliate marketing, and reporting.

Duties will include, but aren't limited to:

  • Supporting positive client experiences by continually improving to increase service satisfaction.
  • Providing leadership for operations team as they analyze, address, and solve gaps in the business, including supporting and even establishing processes for future improvements.
  • Leveraging knowledge and experience to identify and influence projects that align with business goals and strategies.
  • Providing clear project management with rigor and regular communication.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and the internal organization.
  • Providing pricing and delivery information, processing orders, and preparing custom reports.
  • Analyzing situations to quickly resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints.
  • Appropriately answering client and company emails.
  • Setting up new accounts, maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing work processing assignments, and related clerical duties.
  • Traveling for trade shows to represent the QuickBox brand and sell fulfillment and OnDemand products as well as other services.

Compensation

The salary starts at $32,000 a year plus bonuses for selling other services. A bonus plan allows sales reps to potentially make up to $1,000 or more a month in additional income.

Quick-Box Fulfillment is a well-established Denver-based company seeking qualified candidates interested in being an integral part of our dynamic direct to consumer fulfillment operation. We are currently seeking hard working and dependable individuals to immediately fill our Returns Associate role to process returned product from customers. This individual will thoroughly review the condition of the returned merchandise, determine if merchandise is returnable to inventory and issue customer refunds as appropriate.

The right person will be up for a challenge and have the energy/drive to help in continuing to take our current logistics operation and business service levels to the next level. We're looking for the right person that is a great communicator, willing to go the extra mile and has a track record of success working with others toward a common goal.

The qualified candidate will have previously shown experience working with computers and have a high attention to detail. He/she will have a proven track record of high quality work! The candidate that will turn our heads most will be the person who has previous experience working intensely with computers, working in Web-based applications, and in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday (weekends may be required at ME cycle closing)

The Inventory Specialist will oversee the flow of health and beauty products inventory in and out of the warehouse, inbound, storage, maintenance, damaged and expired products, as well as all return and labelling. All Inventory transactions and the accuracy pertaining to those, which are crucial to our ability to manage inventory and provide the best service to our customers. Description: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the following tasks but not limited to; * Oversee all company inventory processes. * Forecasting Process and record all inventory transactions, transfers and adjustments. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and provide solutions to improve visibility and accuracy * Handle all cycle counts, physical counts and all inventory reconciliations * Research, quantify and process all returns and adjustments. * The inventory analyst is in communication with and interfaces with other departments in working together to resolve inventory questions. * Performs daily, monthly and quarterly cycle counts to reconcile any discrepancies and ensure SOX compliance regulations are met * Any other tasks as deemed by Manager. * Position reports directly to the Controller within the Finance/Accounting Department.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience of inventory control responsibilities, within a supply chain distributor.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, generating reports & queries daily.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, interpret, organize and disseminate large amounts of information and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
  • 5 years' experience within a food distribution center
