Job Title: Client Services Manager

Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager

 

Job Description

  • Minimum 6 months of direct Customer Service or related administrative experience
  • A detail oriented individual with demonstrated capabilities in organization, extensive experience with computers and software programs, particularly of Microsoft Excel, as well as internet research and shipping experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills, written and verbal, with the ability to take proactive initiative without immediate supervision

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise: The Client Services Manager (CSM) bridges the gap between Clients and Production to ensure communication is relayed to relevant parties in a clear, accurate and timely manner. The CSM is the main point of contact for all incoming and outgoing client-related communication, which requires that the position have an intimate understanding of all organizational processes.

  • Support the client experience by continually improving relevant related enhancements that manifest to the client in an increased level of service satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership for operations team as they analyze, address and solve the operational gaps in the business including establishing processes for the future service level improvements.
  • Leverage knowledge and experience in identifying / influencing projects that align with business goals and strategies.
  • Lead the team to influence without authority throughout the organization through compelling and clear project management rigor and communication.
  • Provide feedback and developmental coaching for the team members.
  • Lead and provide work direction to staff, build organization capabilities ensuring development and succession plans in place for all key positions.
  • Direct all interaction between 2Chads and Clients. Serves as liaison between the clients and internal organization.
  • Provides pricing and delivery information, processes orders, and prepares custom reports.
  • Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
  • Appropriately answering client and company e-mails.
  • Sets up new accounts, maintains records, prepares reports, and performs work processing assignments and related clerical duties.
  • Position responsibilities will include other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Returns Associate

Reports to: Returns Lead

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Multi-tasking
  • A detail oriented individual with demonstrated capabilities in organization, extensive experience with computers and software programs, particularly of Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours/day
  • Must have a typing speed of at least 4,000 keystrokes per hour, pay attention to detail and be able recognize high quality standards
  • Strong communication and listening skills, written and verbal, with the ability to take proactive initiative without immediate supervision

 Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise: The Returns Associate is responsible for accurately processing returned products.

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, be eligible to work in the United States, and successfully pass a drug screen, pre-employment physical, and background check.
  • Must be able to read English, count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. High School education preferred.
  • Completing company administration duties.
  • Position responsibilities will include other duties as assigned.

Reports to: Receiving Manager

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Able to unload a full truck up to 26 pallets
  • Ability to do math at a high level
  • Familiarizing yourself with client product lines with high level of confidence
  • Proficient with 3PL Central software
  • Fork lift experience with strong safety record
  • Recent warehouse experience
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours/day
  • A detail oriented individual with demonstrated capabilities in organization, extensive experience with computers and software programs, particularly of Microsoft Excel, as well as internet research and shipping experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills, written and verbal, with the ability to take proactive initiative without immediate supervision

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise: Responsible for everything incoming to the warehouse. Accountable for all quantity counts and lot numbers entered into the internal reporting system.

  • Account for everything that comes into the warehouse.
  • Have awareness of what’s being received.
  • Operate 3PL efficiently.
  • Operate a forklift safely.
  • Manage receiving in the order product / material comes in.
  • Have good communication with production and the warehouse leads.
  • Direct contact with Fulfillment Center clients, customer service personnel, owners, and directors.

  • Prepares orders by processing requests; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
  • Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Position responsibilities will include other duties as assigned.
